How do I start selling?
Open the ResellOS application panel in the Discord server you want to sell from, start the application, and complete the questionnaire. Staff reviews it, and a qualifying deposit unlocks your wholesale tier.
What does the qualifying deposit pay for?
The deposit credits your reseller wallet and unlocks your tier — it's platform liability on your account, not a one-time fee you never see again. Tiers are permanent once earned.
Where do customer payments go?
Directly to your connected, verified payment destinations. The platform verifies proof, tracks the order, and manages warranty and refund obligations from its side.
What happens when a customer files a warranty claim?
The claim appears in your dashboard with evidence and a decision path — resolve, replace, or deny with a reason. Refunds and disputes keep their own queues and timelines.
Can my team help run the store?
Yes. Add staff with scoped roles to your reseller account. Every action they take is attributed and audited, and they can never see another reseller's data.
What happens if fulfillment fails?
Jobs retry automatically up to three times with backoff. If a supplier job still fails, it lands in the fulfillment queue for manual review — retry it or mark it delivered from the dashboard.
